Keeley Halo

Über Keeley Halo

The Keeley Halo is Andy Timmons's signature dual-echo delay. It has two delay engines built around the famous Andy Timmons preset, plus presets and MIDI, which is a real plus since most delays are tap-only. It leans lush and ambient and is known for fattening your tone without getting in the way. One quirk: you cannot run both delay engines at the same time.

The Halo is Keeley's Andy Timmons signature delay, a dual-echo pedal built around the famous Andy Timmons preset, and owners love it. Many call it amazing, an incredible pedal and a number-one delay choice, and one owner was surprised how good it is at fattening the tone without getting in the way. It leans lush and ambient, and a big draw is that it takes MIDI for presets when most delays are tap-only. It pairs naturally with an AT+ overdrive for the full Andy Timmons overdrive-and-ambience combo, and does stereo, two-amp setups. Two things to know: you cannot engage both delay engines at once (they do not feed one into the other), and stacked in front of a big reverb it can get a little overbearing.
