Owners like the Nano POG for straightforward, good-tracking octaves in a small box: one who sold his says he loved it and wishes he had not, another simply says it does the trick, and it gets recommended over a TC Sub'n'Up for players who want a gnarlier, more usable octave-down. It stacks a sub-octave and an octave up over your dry note, tracks chords well (owners rate the POG family highly for polyphonic tracking), and it is true bypass. The common placement is before your drives when you want the low octave to feed your dirt. It is a no-frills pedal, no presets or extra effects, but for a clean, reliable poly octave it does exactly what it says.
