The Oceans 11 is the value pick a lot of players land on: eleven reverbs in one small, cheap box, with a spring emulation many rate as one of the best going and a delay mode thrown in. Owners tend to call it versatile and hard to beat for the money, the sort of pedal that quietly stays always-on, and the shimmer mode in particular gets singled out as worth it. One quirk to know: it is happiest on around 9.6V, so it may want EHX's own adapter, though in practice most owners report a standard isolated 9V supply runs it fine. On placement, most keep it near the end for natural ambient reverb, but a few like it earlier, before the dirt or ahead of a delay, for a more up-front, characterful sound, so it is worth experimenting with.
