About the Gibson Slash Signature Les Paul Vermillion
The 2013 Vermillion was a Gibson USA signature run of about 1,200, built like the 2008 Tobacco Burst signature and its 2013 sibling the Rosso Corsa: 9-hole weight relief, a slim neck, and Seymour Duncan signature pickups where the 2008 carried plain Alnico II Pros. The colour is an orange red; the Rosso Corsa is a deeper red. The 2020 Slash Collection's Vermillion Burst is a different guitar, a 50s Standard with no weight relief and Gibson's own pickups.

The best-priced as cards, a row of them; every other ad as a line, by ask. Each ask is the seller’s own number; the platform’s mark opens the listing. Each one says when we last confirmed it at its source: the price and availability are from that visit, so check the marketplace before you go.

Price history
Every recorded sale, one point each: 71 of them, placed by the day the ad went up. The line follows the middle of the sales around each point, with the middle half behind it, and breaks wherever nothing sold nearby. Condition is mixed, so some of the spread is a mint against a fair rather than the market moving.

What owners have said elsewhere
Paraphrased from 206 discussion threads among 13 owners, 2019-2025. No names, nothing quoted.
Owners of the 2013 rate it among the best of the artist's USA models, mean-sounding and a studio favourite, and a few prefer its slim neck. Those who have owned both generations find the 2020 Collection guitars fatter and warmer, with the 50s neck and no weight relief, while one owner calls the 2020 a toy beside the older USA models.
